BEI : soutien massif dans les projets d’énergies renouvelables en France

Le programme "France Energies Renouvelables" lancé lundi a reçu un fonds de 750 millions d’euros de la Banque européenne d’investissement (BEI) dont l’objet reste la mise en œuvre de projets d’énergies renouvelables sur l’ensemble du territoire français entre 2014 et 2016.

Il s’agit d’un financement d’envergure axé sur le soutien à des projets devant contribuer à atténuer les effets du changement climatique.

Les chantiers retenus développeront les énergies éoliennes, photovoltaïques, hydrauliques et géothermiques. Les bénéficiaires de ce financement pourront être aussi bien des entités publiques ou privées, et (ils) auront accès à des conditions financières favorables du fait de la notation triple A de la BEI.

Les différents prêts accordés par la BEI représenteront 50% du besoin de financement de chaque projet retenu pour des projets avec un coût d’investissement de moins de 50 millions d’euros. Les banques partenaires** seront en charge de la sélection des projets ainsi que du montage et de la structuration des financements.

** Ce financement sera mis en œuvre en collaboration avec Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, le groupe Crédit Agricole (Caisses régionales de Crédit Agricole et Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring) et le Groupe BPCE (Banque Populaire, Caisse d’Epargne, Crédit coopératif, Natixis SA et Natixis Energeco).
